The adaptacion of materials for the visually impaired, for example enlarged text, in braille or audio. managing the tools and equipment. The desk clerk does  administrative work, receives guests and answers the telephone. Also he forms part of the donations drive team in where the administrative part plays a very big role.

Activities guide

The activities guide organizes, coordinates and or guidses the activities in groups directed to children and adults who have lost their vision partially or completely, for the team and also for the volunteers. The objectives of the activities are aimed so the person with the visual impairment can funcion as independently as possible in our community. The activities guide also gives pratical information on the different areas of rehabilitation of the FAVI, such as visual limitacion, daily activities orientacion and mobility.

Guides the visually impaired children from 0 to 18 years in the regular education system and the special education. guidance of the parents, the teachers and other caregivers, in school or anywhere else. The teacher is part of the early guidance team and also guides students.

The desk officer executes financial / personnel administration and payroll, in concordance with the director. Besides that the desk officer gives direction to the receptionist.

The driver brings and carries the clients to and from the FAVI activities. Besides this task, the driver is also the messenger and sustains the daily offiice work.
